I've been interested in health for a long time now and have asked myself important questions along the way. What should I eat? What's the best form of exercise? How can I calm down my busy mind and feel more relaxed?

I spent most of my young adult life as a musician and artist and gave little thought to my health. In my late twenties, as the thrill of hedonism diminished it started to seem more important.

I became deeply interested in the power of the mind and devoured books on hypnosis, meditation, Buddhism, and Chinese philosophy. This lead me to simultaneously start learning Tai Chi and studying to become a professional hypnotherapist.

I worked for many years as a Chef and am still a passionate cook to this day. As I've developed more of an interest in nutrition, the way I cook has changed radically.

At some point, I realised that by combining these skills, I could help other people to become healthier and happier and so I created TheWholeBody.org. I hope you find my courses useful and that they change your life for the better.
