No forms here just the most important elements that will give you the greatest benefit. By learning to stand, move and walk with good posture and relaxation you'll bring a deepening sense of calm and awareness into your daily life.

Sam has been practicing Tai Chi for over 11 years. He trains every day and teaches several weekly classes. It's his mission to communicate the important fundamental aspects of Tai Chi and give as many people as possible the tools to maintain a strong body and a calm mind.

Sam is also an artist and a musician and lives in Bristol, U.K with his wife and daughter
